All services are subject to availability. Service schedules, frequencies, and durations are agreed in advance and may be adjusted by mutual agreement. Private House Co. reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where they no longer align with our standards, values, or operational requirements. Payment terms will be confirmed prior to service commencement and invoices must be settled in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may result in the suspension of services. Clients are required to provide reasonable notice for cancellations or schedule changes, as outlined in our Cancellation and Refund Policies. Failure to provide access to the property at the agreed time may result in the service being charged in full.
